Welcome to Erica’s Bake Shop!

 

My name is Erica, I am a baker enthusiast. There is no doubt that I have a passion for what I do. There is nothing better than creating such beautiful desserts and watching it all unravel from beginning to end.  It all started when I was a little girl and was given my very first piece of baking equipment, that’s right, my very own Easy Bake Oven (For those who aren’t familiar, this was a little oven that baked any small baked good with a lightbulb) I couldn’t wait to start gathering my ingredients, mixing it all together and waiting a whole hour before my little cake was finally ready to eat. From that point on, I was hooked. As the years went by, I continued to experiment in the kitchen combining all sorts of ingredients to see what I could whip up. I wish I could say they were all successful, but of course with all new skills, a little practice is always needed. So finally here I am today after many baked cakes, cupcakes, cake pops and macarons later, I’ve decided to share my passion with the world. So with that brief little excerpt of me, I look forward to bringing a little piece of my kitchen to yours!
